Most clients start with our Wellness Evaluation and schedule guided by the results. However, all of our services are available to everyone. Many of our remote services require a QC form that most be sent to us via postal mail as your signature must be original and hand written.

QC Form
The Quantum Connection Form is a prerequisite for all our remote services. This form enables us to deliver our Energetic Services to you no matter where you are located. Please download, print, and complete the form before mailing it to us. This is the initial step in scheduling your remote appointments.

Wellness Evaluation

Each session includes a bio-energetic scan using the Qi5 device, followed by a personalized supplement protocol crafted by our practitioners. You’ll receive a voice recording explaining results and supplement and service recommendations.
A post-scan consultation can be scheduled a week out.
